Tasting Notes: 

Aroma: Bright scents of citrus peel and orange blossom, complemented by herbal notes of mint and eucalyptus.

Palate: The chepiche used in the final distillation shows through on the palate.

Finish:  Warm vegetal flavors imparted by the pumpkin stems and plantains.
