Distilled using the classic pechuga style method (maceration and steam infusion), with a unique selection of Mexican botanicals and international gin botanicals.
Classical botanicals: Juniper, cardamom, angelica root, coriander seed, dragon eye, guinea pepper, orange peel, nutmeg.
Mexican botanicals: Ancho chile, hibiscus flower, lemongrass, avocado leaves
Tasting notes:
Aroma: A vibrant bouquet of fresh botanicals, featuring hints of juniper, lemongrass, and hibiscus, intertwined with subtle smoky notes from the agave.
Palate: A harmonious blend of classic gin botanicals and Mexican ingredients, delivering flavors of citrus zest, ancho chile, and avocado leaves, balanced by the natural sweetness of the agave.
Finish: A smooth and lingering finish with a touch of spice and a clean, agave-driven aftertaste.
